LiDAR Data Classification

We classify all power line data processing services functions according to customer requirements. In general, the characteristics to be classified are:

Eratost uses the latest LiDAR data acquisition technology to develop airline models, structures, terrain, and vegetation properties. Eratost 3D corridor mapping provides valuable information for public energy services in relation to cable routing, vegetation invasion, and kink profile. We help in the development of high-precision three-dimensional measurements of the infrastructure for land, vegetation and electrical services.

All planimetric features are extracted from ortho and LIDAR data via the corridor route. From this, Eratost assigns the 3D heights to each characteristic based on the classified data.

Using the models developed by Eratost Technologies, which provide a high and precise visualization of the features extracted from the point cloud data, energy service providers can calculate line classifications, element drop, and voltage. Three-dimensional models represent measurements “as they are constructed” that map the relationship between all-natural and artificial features.
